SPOTLIGHT ON: Master of Ceremonies

The Master of Ceremonies (MC) prepares for the celebration of the Eucharist.  Preparation before Mass includes having the chalices, Sacramentary, unconsecrated hosts and wine, hand-washing needs and altar cloths ready for Mass.  In addition, the MC ensures there are altar servers and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion assembled and ready for Mass.

Men and women of the parish, including high school students, are invited to serve in this ministry.  Training sessions are held on an as-needed basis.  All interested volunteers are invited to call the parish office at 946-1675 for more information.
