Due to Governor Inslee’s mandate for Washingtonians to “Stay Home, Stay Healthy,” Christ the King Parish has been closed to the public until at least April 7. We are still answering the phones during business hours. We regret that we can’t minister as we normally would.
Beginning today, Thursday, March 26, we are livestreaming daily Mass at 8AM Monday-Friday.
Live Bible Study on FORMED
Here is a Live Event on FORMED. It starts at 12PM MT, so that should be 11AM for us here on the West Coast. You do not need a FORMED subscription or account to watch.
The Upper Room
Here is a link to a free mission hosted by Franciscan University of Steubenville, my alma mater. It is free and online, but spaces are limited and you have to sign up every day. It is scheduled for the end of March.
Here are some other resources as well to help you out during this time:
The Quarantined Catholic Hub w/ Scott Hahn
Shrines of Pittsburgh- Rosary, Adoration, etc.
Lent Resources for Catholics
Here is a Podcast I found as well:
Saints and Sages Podcast
Here are some links to watch daily Mass from our homes during this time when we are not allowed to actually physically go to Mass. We can still stay in spiritual communion with God and with the Mystical Body of Christ through prayer, meditations, and reflections on God’s Word.
Daily Mass with Bishop Barron
Daily Mass from Diocese of Seattle
Livestream Mass with Fr. Kyle Manno
Rosary with Ascension Press Daily
Hope these help and as always, feel free to call me, text me, e-mail me with whatever questions, comments, concerns, suggestions that you may have:

If you haven’t already seen or heard, the last two sessions of our Coming Home program here at Christ the King have been cancelled due to COVID19. Please stay safe and healthy. Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus and in efforts to keep our parishioners safe, we have cancelled our remaining Bible Studies for this Spring. Please continue them on your own at home, especially if you can watch the videos online. We are praying for everyone’s health and safety during this time and Msgr. Champoux has asked that everyone pray a rosary every day for the end of this pandemic. Resources, links, updates, etc. will posted in efforts to help everyone stuck at home. There are many sources out there for watching live daily Mass, prayers, novenas, activities for children, and much more out there. Please feel free to contact me, Meggin Sanner, if you have any questions or concerns or are in need. My cell number is 541-571-8402 or e-mail at email@example.com. God Bless!
Hello Everyone! I am sorry to say, but our Parish Mission this next week has been CANCELLED due to health and safety concerns over the coronavirus. Your health and well-being are always of primary concern to us as well as your spiritual well-being. So the Parish Mission, Lenten Soup Suppers and the Stations of the Cross are cancelled for the rest of Lent. Mass is still being offered currently, but as always, please keep yourself and others safe by staying home if you are sick or have been around someone who has been sick and please wash your hands frequently. You can find more information on the diocese’ policy on this at their website https://yakimadiocese.org/2020/03/11/bishop-tyson-directives-for-covid-19-coronavirus/
